Great restaurant, the quality is exceptional, the team is incredibly kind and the dishes are generous, even though we have moved south of Tours, we continue to come and eat at this restaurant no matter what, the dishes take us on a journey.

I've been there twice already and frankly, it's the best sushi in Tours. It's fresh and delicious. And the price-quality ratio is great!

The welcome was incredibly warm, and the counter service was so friendly. The deliberately limited menu is a testament to freshness: the dishes are of exceptional quality. While the presentation is already exquisite, it's the taste that truly makes the magic happen. I savored every single bite! I'll definitely be back, but this time, I'll be sure to make a reservation.

23/03/2026: We were able to go without a reservation on a Saturday night! The service was very fast. The food was good, and the tea was delicious. The only downside: the coconut pearls had no flavor.
