Nice room, decent service, reasonable price

The location is perfect and the breakfast excellent, just one small drawback: when we arrived in the room, there was literally a cigarette (not to mention the illegal substance inside...) on the window frame. Despite the rule that smoking is strictly prohibited, we didn't mention it to reception as we were exhausted. So we went straight to sleep. I should also mention that the products in the bathroom—shower and shampoo—aren't actually the Rituals brand (and as someone who works there, I can tell you it doesn't smell like that), and they're just bottles filled with something else. It's just a minor detail.

Great location for a first stop (next to the train stations and 5 minutes from the city center). Beautiful, well-appointed, and clean rooms. Very comfortable bedding. Excellent bar and restaurant!

Chosen for its location, this hotel is ideal for visiting Lille; the train station and Old Lille are just a few minutes' walk away. The room was pleasant and bright. The breakfast was very varied and good. The staff were smiling, friendly, and helpful.

We have spent three nights at the Novotel Lille Centre Gares and have had an amazing time. Our room was spacious for three people, the beds were very comfortable and the shower was hot every time we used it. That is all I ask of a hotel. All of the staff have been so friendly and made our stay feel like a home from home. I have to single out Jonathan, behind the bar, who has put up with my Del Boy attempts at the French language and has kept me hydrated with crazy 10% Belgian beer. We ate in the restaurant on the last night and all of the food we had was very nice. I can particularly recommend the pork tenderloin in speculoos sauce. it was so good. In the evenings we made good use of the free table football in the lobby and spent alot of Euros on the electronic darts game and the Kiss pinball machine. Being so close to the two main railway stations and the Westfield Shopping Centre, I can highly recommend this hotel for any visitors to Lille in the future.

Had a fantastic 2 night stay at the Novotel Lille Gares , hotel is in fantastic location only 5 minute walk from Eurostar and very close to city centre . A big shout out to the reception staff and the barman who offered great service trey were very friendly and helpful , brilliant hotel great location great staff

Great service, good room, very clean, and the breakfast was good - the only complaint was the noise. There is a homeless problem in Lille, and although not the fault of the hotel, I was kept awake from 1am until 5am by shouting and fighting outside. Not the place for a quiet nights sleep. The sound reverberates around the hotel. Even with closed windows, on the 6th floor, sleep was impossible. This will put me off of future stays, 2 nights of very little sleep.

Ideally located near both train stations, this comfortable establishment offers a warm welcome and a very friendly and attentive team.

Superb welcome, lovely room, impeccable cleanliness, super comfortable bed. Impeccable service and information as well. I will definitely be back 😊 and I recommend it 100%.
