The hotel is very close to the city center. There is a parking garage in the adjacent train station. The hotel's restaurant and lobby are pleasant. Breakfast was pretty good. There was no toilet paper in the room (to be precise - there were two nearly finished rolls). However, the receptionist provided a roll upon request.

Location is central but ventilation is very poor. Air conditioning did not work in the entire hotel for 3 days and nothing was done about it. Very unfortunate to have to sleep in a closed room at temperatures that are too high.

Very nice hotel, spacious and clean rooms, possibility of lunch and bar open until midnight. Ideally located near the train station and Euralille accessible via a footbridge and close to the city center a good 10 minute walk. Contribution to the costs of the car park located 100 m away, which is very very clean, supervised but places are quite narrow... I recommend...

Bad experience in this hotel. Good welcome by the staff and rather decent common areas. Room that is not worthy of a 4 star. Stained sofa, holey earmuffs, lying electrical cord, not to mention the hotel order forms on the desk... Well located but really noisy from the street.

Got there at 3am and the staff on desk were accommodating and helpful. Found us a room at a great rate. Definitely recommend staying here

Very good hotel, close to the station and the center but quiet nonetheless, pleasant welcome, comfortable, clean, well-kept room and breakfast (18 euros per person anyway) absolutely delicious for all tastes.

So-called four-star hotel, rather aging. I had a different idea of ​​what a four star was. Reception toilets not very clean, sink in our room clogged, poor soundproofing, cleanliness of the room not at the top, environment not very welcoming. Positive points: bedding and breakfast.

22/08/2024: Very nice place, a breath of fresh air in Lille. Self-service barbecues, so rare in mainland France, are a fantastic activity. We talk with our neighbors, we cook, we share! The bar is nice at a decent price, the "street food" is unfortunately similar to a lot of other offers in France which are very expensive and without any originality, so much so that making a simple cheap fries would have been nice. The games provided by the place are a must!

06/09/2024: Each time we visit, we are never disappointed! Great atmosphere, friendly place. And what can we say about Marion, the best waitress in the world!!! Kind, smiling and caring! A joy to deal with her! 😀
16/07/2024: Never disappointed, a friendly place with an atmosphere like you don't find anywhere anymore. The people are respectful of the place and rather clean. Small downside on the cigarette butts lying around everywhere at the end of the evening
