My family and I thoroughly enjoyed being served by a waitress named Cindy! She was very pleasant and helpful! She guided me clearly using the digital screen so I could find the menu item I wanted. Excellent table service with the order exactly as ordered!

While traveling in Albi, I needed to find a restaurant near the highway. So I headed to this one. I was very pleasantly surprised by the service time and the quality of the staff. I really appreciated the assistance I received, as I'm not very familiar with the self-service kiosks; they gave me excellent directions. I highly recommend it.

During a late-night visit to the drive-thru, and even though I very rarely eat fast food, I was lucky enough to run into someone named "Lilou," if I read the label correctly when I paid! Thank you to her for taking the time to serve me with such professionalism (which isn't always easy, especially at that hour). And thank you also to the whole team: my order was perfect.

27/06/2026: Message to the manager: The staff is top-notch in terms of service, welcome, and the quality of the orders prepared! Today I went to pick up an order as usual, and I noticed that the staff were completely drenched in sweat (they were suffocating!!). It was 37°C outside, and they were standing in front of the machines: kebab spit, fryer, griddle, toasters, etc. It's shameful to let your employees work in these conditions! They're working in an environment that's close to 50°C; it's unacceptable! The air conditioning isn't working! DO SOME THINGS QUICKLY so your employees can work in better conditions!! They're kind enough not to abandon you! Because they have the right to refuse to work in such a hellish environment! I really feel for them…
