At lunchtime, we have a great neighborhood spot with a set menu including a starter, main course, dessert, and a carafe of red wine. In the evening, we go to a good Portuguese restaurant serving excellent meat dishes. The portions are tasty and generous, offering good value for money. To top it all off, we received a warm welcome. Even years later, I have no complaints. I still highly recommend this restaurant.

The meat is good, but the portions are quite small. My rib steak was more like a sirloin, so it wasn't really worth the price, but I still recommend it.

Unfortunately, we waited a very long time for our two courses. It's a real shame because the food is good! But it was incredibly slow! I'm disappointed.

Disappointed, the hours listed on Google are: Closing at 2 AM. We arrived at 11:30 PM and were told they were closing. As a shopkeeper myself, I understand wanting to stay open longer if it's quiet, but closing two hours earlier is a bit much. They should consider changing the hours (I'd been planning to come for two weeks 😭).

Food is delicious, staff are nice, and the overall vibe inside is cool. We took the chorizo portugais (entrée) and the picanha for 2 people which includes meat, rice, beans, fries and salad. All was super tasty and the portion is more than enough for 2 (we couldn’t finish everything)

10/04/2026: A very nice bar, just around the corner from our Airbnb. So we stopped by for a few drinks and a snack. Very friendly service and reasonable prices. We had the mixed cheese and cold cuts platter with baguette. For drinks, we had a Panache, an Aperol Spritz, and a new drink for us called Diabolo (lemonade mixed with syrup; very tasty!). All this during their generous happy hour, which runs from 5 pm to 11 pm. The service was very friendly, and the other guests were also extremely friendly and entertaining.
05/04/2026: Grabbed some food and Drinks here! The food was amazing! The mashed potatoes and sausage my friend got where so good! And my pesto pasta was perfect!!! The portion size was good. We got two drinks (a margarita and a mojito). The drinks where very strong which I think is great.

Good News Coffee Shop

31/07/2026: We got to experience the good news coffee shop food truck at the wolfboro farmers market and it was great! Good service, good coffee and good news ;)
30/07/2026: Excellent! The people are cool, welcoming, and friendly :), good vibes. Their coffee, oh my god, the best around. Their brand of coffee is excellent, and the coffee varies by region (Colombia, Brazil, etc.). The best coffee is the Colombian. I highly recommend it!!
