27/09/2026: Discovered this restaurant which deserves a 5/5! The atmosphere is quite calm, the servers are top-notch, smiling, pleasant, attentive, and the service is quick. The porcini mushroom fondue was perfect; usually, you have to search for porcini mushrooms, but here there was plenty to satisfy your taste buds—creamy and creamy. The charcuterie platters and side dishes were a great selection. The wine list, menu, and owner are all fantastic. A special thank you to our green-eyed waiter from the islands 😉, full of humor and always smiling. An address we'll definitely keep in mind!
13/09/2026: We had a wonderful time and a delicious meal. Thank you to Jackie for her joie de vivre and humor, which made for a fantastic evening. Thanks also to the owner's wife, who was kind enough to accommodate us with some of the dishes! If you're looking to spend a lovely evening enjoying a delicious fondue or raclette, don't hesitate, go for it! ☺️

Albion

27/08/2026: Albion is undoubtedly the most English-speaking pub in Bourgoin. If you want to have a few beers with friends, watch a rugby or football match, or enjoy a Guinness or an Irish Kilkenny ☘️ (for tourists), it's the perfect place. However, it's much less ideal for a family meal. You order via a QR code, pay upfront, and are even asked for a tip before being served. It's more like a McDonald's with table service than a true pub-restaurant. The flank steak, ordered rare, arrived cold. The burgers were decent, but still very much in the fast-food vein. It's up to you to decide if the concept appeals to you or not.
25/08/2026: There are very often some really nice musical groups that liven up the evening.
