Olive Verte sur Gisors

We had a wonderful time at this Italian restaurant. The welcome was warm and the staff were truly pleasant, smiling, and attentive throughout the meal. The service was quick without being rushed, which was much appreciated. The dishes were very good, beautifully presented, and flavorful. You can tell the cooking is meticulous, and the portions were generous. However, I was a little disappointed by the charcuterie board, which lacked flavor and character. It reminded me of supermarket deli meats, which is a shame in an Italian restaurant where you expect more authentic products. Aside from this minor point, the rest of the meal was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The atmosphere is pleasant, the service is impeccable, and the overall experience was very positive. I recommend this restaurant and will gladly return.

Restaurant in Gisors where we had lunch (6 people) on our way back from the Martagny photo exhibition. The welcome was pleasant, the staff friendly, the terrace lovely, and the food and prices were perfectly acceptable. Thank you to the team, even in the manager's absence.

Delicious food was delivered, and I recommend it to everyone; the hamburgers and bruschetta are incredible. Even the homemade fries.

The food was very good, but the portion was too large. The service was very slow, and the atmosphere wasn't great because there was a palpable tension. There were no smiles at the checkout, and the staff were curt and cold. I won't be back.

Warm welcome, friendly and attentive staff. A good selection of menu items, and exquisite dishes. Highly recommended.

I've known and been a loyal customer of this restaurant for 10 years. I celebrated my 30th birthday there with colleagues; the quality was extraordinary and the staff were engaging! For about a year now, the quality has declined somewhat. A few months ago, we had burgers with cold fillings… another time, the patties were a bit dry… and last night I had a mountain roll where the cheese wasn't cooked and was even a little cold… It wasn't a major issue, but the staff, who change frequently, seem rushed and don't really care about running out of bread or having an empty water carafe… It's a shame; I hope it's just a temporary setback.

Super welcoming, smiling waiter, the food was amazing! I had the veal in cream sauce with incredible fries. I recommend it 100%!
