Ops Pizza sur Paris

I had a fantastic meal; it had been ages since I'd had a decent pizza. Bonus points for the really friendly staff and the neighbor's little dog :)

Great pizza, good vibes. Allows for some good people watching, and lets you soak in the atmosphere of the city around you. Would absolutely come back!

The dough is exceptional: light, fluffy, with that perfectly puffed and slightly crispy crust reminiscent of the best pizzerias in Naples. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality, and the wood-fired oven gives it that incomparable, authentic flavor. You can taste the expertise and respect for tradition in every bite.
