I have a particular soft spot for this place. As soon as I open the door, I feel like I'm back in Italy, breathing in that family and homey feeling that's the most important feeling for an Italian. The place is air-conditioned, and on nice days, you can sit on the comfortable and airy outdoor patio. The menu is always top-notch, and the pizza is excellent. The price is average for Paris, but the quality is higher than average and among restaurants in the area. The pizza with anchovies, olives, and cherry tomatoes is exceptional.

The restaurant is decent. Depending on the server, the quality, speed, and friendliness vary (I had to ask three times for a beer to get it, received a different dish than ordered, and all this with a suspicious look from the server throughout the meal). The owner is much friendlier, but the fact remains. Probably the heatwave...

It's always a pleasure to come for lunch with family or as a couple at Pasta Oro (Paris 16th): you feel right at home! Homemade pizzas, fresh pasta and tiramisu like nowhere else, a treat that we highly recommend.

04/03/2026: The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, they try to offer good service. But there are also obvious disadvantages. We ordered several dishes. In general, they were not bad, but one of them was clearly of poor quality. The scallops were overcooked unnecessarily to a brown crust and therefore the dish was not up to the standard of the restaurant. There was no reaction to the remark that the dish was spoiled. The dish was not replaced and the full price was charged.
