Gorgeous bakery with loads of choice of bread, pastries, savouries etc. We were a bit worried after reading some of the reviews but the staff were friendly and helpful, there was good availability of products and although there was a queue we were served quickly. There was also a lovely area to sit and enjoy coffee with a choice of seating arrangements and beautiful wooden beams. Also a toilet which is helpful if you're stopping en route. Plenty of parking outside. Finally, the goods were extremely tasty! Definitely 5 stars.

It's flaky, it's good, it's beautiful. The neighbors smoking are a bit of a nuisance when you're eating; it spoils the experience. And the service was a little... difficult, let's say.

They always have everything I'm looking for. 7 days a week. Bread, pastries, sandwiches. But the smiles are becoming less and less frequent. And there's a long wait. For some time now, it's best to avoid going to get bread in the afternoon: frequent and unfriendly responses like "no more bread," "no more white bread," or "limited quantity." It's discouraging after a 10-minute wait.

Today I was disappointed… As a Feuillette customer for several years, I usually buy my baguettes in packs of 12 because I live 20 minutes away and don't come every day. Today I went to buy the same baguettes, and they only allowed me to take 4, claiming that "there wasn't a baker available." I understand unforeseen circumstances, but I also explained that I'm in a rather unusual situation: as a breastfeeding mother of a 3-week-old baby, I struggle to find the time and opportunity to travel to Vendôme to shop. It's a truly exceptional case (which I could have proven if asked), and I find it unfair and anti-business to have my request denied. Working in retail myself, I know that sometimes exceptions can be justified. In short, the service needs improvement, and a little human touch in the middle of all this wouldn't hurt...

02/10/2026: For our father's passing, we wanted a place to gather after the ceremony. We were unable to specify the time or the number of people. We had chosen this establishment because we had eaten lunch there every week as we had many administrative tasks to attend to. Everything we had eaten was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. It was a pleasant surprise to have this gathering after the ceremony. The owner and staff were so responsive that our guests must have thought it had been planned well in advance, when in fact it was simply made possible by the team's professionalism. Tables were quickly set up, and the aperitif and meal were served smoothly at a comfortable pace. Their kindness was exemplary. Thank you to everyone who made it possible for the ceremony to conclude with a shared meal, just as our father would have wished. Thank you for your exceptional adaptability.
16/09/2026: Dish of the day served as quickly as possible. Decent except for the fries. Impeccable service.
