Patisserie Flipo sur La Salvetat-Sur-Agout

One of the village's absolute MUST-SEE spots... It's impossible to resist the ice cream; the only limit is the size of your freezer :( The macarons? You won't find better anywhere, not even at the most Michelin-starred restaurants! And the chocolates?? To those who complain because the shop closes to make them: come and taste them, and I assure you, you'll understand why! So yes, it's sometimes difficult to come at the last minute, but everything is delicious, and absolutely everyone wants some!! (P.S.: Feel free to place an order to make things easier!) It takes courage to run a shop of this quality and a truly remarkable skill... So thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Excellent pastries and ice cream

We've been addicted to this pastry shop for years; everything is delicious. The ice cream and macarons are especially good. It's a shame we can only come for two weeks a year.

I discover new perfumes every time and I am always delighted with the quality and service.

Simply great icecream with beautifull flavours... I tried the Lemon/Basil and choclate/fresh mint.. Loved it! Certainly worth visiting when in the neighbourhood.

Quite simply incredible, this pastry chef and ice cream maker has golden hands and a discerning palate. He's even rekindled my love for macarons; Ladurée doesn't even come close! A must-visit in the region.
