- There's a serious problem with the waiters and service. I don't know if it's because they're under pressure, or if they're fed up with their lives??? - They arrive incredibly late, they're so tense, they seem like soulless people. - The prices are really expensive, especially for a chocolate macaron at €4.65, when even Pierre Hermé doesn't charge that much. - 30% more expensive than some normal bakeries. - In any case, just ordinary ones. - The spoons are covered in stains!!

For my first visit to this bakery, I'm very satisfied. The pastries are delicious, the bread is soft and crusty, and the staff is attentive and friendly. I left with excellent advice and top-quality products. I highly recommend it.

We stopped by today around 1:20 pm for coffee, just the two of us. The initial welcome was very disappointing: a waitress with short, gray bob hair told us point-blank that she wasn't serving coffee because she was busy with lunch service, asking us to come back later, even though several tables were free. Fortunately, a very kind lady, probably the manager, intervened and offered us a seat. She served us their delicious gourmet coffee with a smile and great kindness. Thanks to her, the experience turned out very well.

It's uncomfortable to have a snack and hear shouting and yelling from the manager, who's louder than the background noise. This manager's attitude is very poor.

The servers are very friendly. One negative point: the toilets weren't very clean, there were stains, and they didn't have U-shaped toilet seats.
