I was warmly welcomed by two excellent salespeople, one of whom was very hospitable, professional, and friendly. At the end of the day, a smile is much needed. This salesperson's name is Sofiane, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your attentiveness and advice. You also sold me a very good Viennese coffee.

A very hot Sunday, a break for coffee at Paul's... we found two waitresses, Olympe and Mathilde, whose smiles and professionalism knew how to brighten our afternoon. Thank you so much, ladies.

I go there regularly, it's good. Please be careful when preparing the takeaway bags; you forgot to include my drink. I don't have time to come back, but I hope for a gesture of goodwill next time.
