Very good place to eat without any hassle, the service is fast and pleasant. The dishes are really good and the prices are not high. In terms of quantity, we are really spoiled, I think it will be more than enough for your big stomach! I highly recommend !

Very good cooking for 1 year and a half. The waitress Mélissa is smiling and welcoming. On the other hand, the boss has to stop bowing to the “not at all natural” customer. We can be friendly with customers but up to a certain point. But I will only come back for the food.

Very good lunch, although the portions are not generous enough for the price. The waitresses are top notch, friendly and considerate. The atmosphere is good, we are in the center of the entrance to the shopping center, obviously it is not the quietest place. Be careful with your table choices in winter, you can easily find yourself in a draft.

The dishes are very generous, well presented... the service is fabulous; the server is always available, smiling and enthusiastic. Forget pompous and overpriced restaurants, this one doesn't look like much, but is well on par with a much more expensive table. Absolutely worth trying: the vegetarian salad with pesto sauce.

Restaurant Chez Romain

22/03/2024: We have lived in St Aunès for 8 months and we really like going to eat at Romain. The boss is welcoming, dynamic, always in a good mood and takes great care of his customers. Home cooking, very good and very generous, really reasonable price. This is our new “canteen”. We recommend to our friends from neighboring villages because it really deserves these ratings. Thank you Romain for your kindness, and see you soon.
14/03/2024: Excellent experience! The steak was of excellent quality and a substantial size (+300g) for a reasonable price (19€90) + home fries. Friendly owner 2 (!) digestives offered per person in addition to the one ordered...
