Pause Caffe sur Amboise

Not sure why score is low. Service was great, coffee was good as was the ice cream.

Ideally located opposite the castle, the service was pleasant and friendly, and the crepes were delicious and generous, included in the set menu which made the bill very reasonable considering the quality. I highly recommend it! 👌😊

Very friendly and efficient staff. The waffles and crepes were delicious and reasonably priced. Perfect for a cozy afternoon snack.

We had a very good meal; the galettes were generous and the crêpes delicious. The staff were very friendly.

The savory buckwheat crepes are generous. The sweet crepes are excellent. And the staff are very friendly.

The view of the castle was a big draw (especially since we were supposed to eat at 11:45 and it was the only crêperie open). The galettes were okay, even good considering how touristy the place was. We ordered a savory buckwheat crêpe (or "complète") and a goat cheese and honey crêpe (or "chèvre miel"), and we definitely recommend the savory buckwheat crêpe. I don't eat gluten, so I asked to exchange the crêpe included in the set menu for a savory buckwheat crêpe with the same filling. We were charged extra for this, which is the first time I've ever experienced that in a crêperie.

Excellent crepes and galettes, friendly service

Very good coffee at the foot of Amboise Castle!

We stopped for some artisanal ice cream, the taste of the ice cream was perfect, the service was friendly, everything we were looking for!

Very nice, the service was super cool
