Plus points, they looked after our bikes very well Our room was on the fourth floor and there was no lift. Breakfast was chaotic, no one seemed to be in charge and they kept running out of food. They promised gluten-free food which turned out to be dry crackers.

Well located. Friendly welcome..but no follow-up during the stay.. hearty breakfast. cobwebs in the room..and a little noisy neighborhood..overall correct.

Service too long. Fortunately the bartender was there.

Hotel in the center of Chinon. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired (scale toilet), smell of cold tobacco. Very noisy in the evening, when tidying up the terraces. Too expensive per night, for the quality offered. No elevator.

Friendly and warm welcome. Quite correct and varied breakfast (I don't understand the negative opinions of certain customers on this subject who want "it's all about it!". While the breakfast is 11€!) Well located hotel, with ample parking nearby. Clean room. Good value for money: for €56 per night, satisfactory services. Significant provision of a fan, given the heatwave. THANKS

Beautiful establishment located in the center of Chinon. Numerous walks to discover the city and surrounding areas. Pleasant welcome. Very good value for money. Parking on Place Jeanne d'Arc.

We were there as a group of 20 people. and had dinner there 5 times. Excellent! Very friendly staff who were also trained.

A little outdated small hotel. The rooms were a bit shabby but clean. Extensive breakfast and very tasty dinner. Staff was always friendly.
