Pierre Herme Opera sur Paris

The macarons were 2.8€ each. I tried the ones with pistachio and Passion fruit. The one with pistachio had a classic taste, but the one with Passion fruit is definitely worth a try.

Lemon cakes and walnut cake.... The truth is I didn't faint....I expected more. The walnut cake was rich and tasty but not at the level I expected. The lemon cake is similar to a simple sponge cake from the supermarket and is not recommended. Patisserie is overrated and not worth the prices.

Being a big fan of pastries, the Pierre Hermé boutique is of good quality, certainly slightly excessive, but don't hesitate to go there

The macarons were delicious. They are very expensive though. You can get good macarons for a cheaper price in Paris.

We went with a friend to the store not only to test Pierre Hermé's famous pastries but also to evaluate the customer experience on site. What a desappointment ! Of course, we were welcomed with a smile, but when we ask questions it's not the same story! The seller told us to go directly to the site to find out more...thanks, we hadn't thought of that... We finally felt like we were too much even if we didn't leave empty-handed and fortunately that the pastry was delicious. To compare, when we went to the Ritz counter right after for the same reasons, we were welcomed like princesses despite the crowds; a saleswoman explained to us the values, the products, the manufacturing process, etc. and another salesman even offered to discuss this with us during his break. And the icing on the cake was that we were even able to chat with chef François Perret!! In short, for such products the customer experience counts. Even if we are aware that there is a lot of traffic during the day and that taking time for each client can become complicated, if others can manage it as well you can do it too!

We wanted to go to Cedric Grolet but was too disappointed, we ended up at Pierre Hermé Opera, it remains a sure value. Nice shop, pleasant, impeccable, smiling welcome. I recommend this store. ❤️

Delicious macaroons.... Very friendly, friendly and smiling team.

2024.3/21. I took out. I like the macarons and cakes here. The gorgeous fragrance of Isfahan, crunchy puff pastry mille-feuille👍

They have about 20 different flavors of macarons and some pastries offered. I bought a box of 24 for 69 euro that came in a pretty, limited edition box which was perfect for gifting. The staff suggested one of each flavor and then duplicate their most popular flavors which was a great idea. There was a line to order but it moved fast.

Another very good experience in the Pierre Hermé Opéra boutique. Small boutique, discreet from the outside, but very warm inside. The staff, especially one of the sellers, is very pleasant and smiling. The products offered for sale are all as beautiful and attractive as each other, whether in particular pastries or macaroons, revisited with tastes for some original ones. The pastries tasted (gourmet pleasure and Venus) were very light with perfect textures in the mouth, not to mention the equally excellent presentation. Prices are around €10-12 for a pastry, which remains expensive but acceptable for the quality of the products offered. To be tested in the SAME way as another great pastry chef not far away.
