Bon repas du midi, tarifé à prix raisonnable, avec excellent ceviche en entrée, travers de porc un peu dur et trop cuit en plat et tarte amandine noix roborative. Service gentil et efficace ; ambiance bistrot parisien.

12/04/2024: This evening we dined at Vatel, a very warm and professional welcome, then an efficient set-up, always with a smile and professionalism, a very well laid out menu with the usual details of the dishes, top service, and cuisine excellent. All the staff were very professional, it’s an excellent restaurant, well done and thank you to the team for this evening!

01/04/2024: We visited for dinner and I had reserved a table well ahead of time. We were looking forward to the dinner because I had read so many raving reviews. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. While the service was great, the food we had was not enjoyable. The risotto, which was really the only vegetarian entree on the menu, lacked any kind of richness or depth in flavor and was watery. The cod was overpowered by flavor and spice on the other hand. There’s so much good food in Paris, you’d be better off going to a boulangerie and picnic-ing by the Eiffel Tower.
01/04/2024: Can I give this place 20 stars?! Just wow, is all I can say to describe our amazing experience! Chef Jerome, also the Owner, makes sure every guest has the ultimate experience... from the appetizers to the drinks and the mouth watering entrées. I kept repeating "Oh My God" with every bite. We just so happened to stumble on this place after visiting the light show of the Eiffel Tower, and swear this was one of the best restaurants we experienced while in Paris!! Our sever Tommy was the icing on the cake, with his exceptional service and sharp humor... Tres Magnifique!!
