Very friendly staff who listen to their customers

Update following today's visit (November 8, 2025). We decided to give them a second chance. No regrets! We were served by Coralie. Thanks to her, the rating is now a perfect 5. Very pleasant and smiling. It immediately makes you want to come back. No complaints. (Except thank you for the excellent service.) What used to be the only weak point has now become one of the strong points. — The food is very good, no complaints there. However, the state of the tables was disappointing… They were dirty and hadn't been cleaned. The person who greeted us wasn't smiling and was very rushed, just to serve us quickly. Our meal was placed on their tray in a hurry without a goodbye, a "enjoy your meal," or a "bon appétit." Seriously disappointed…

I really enjoy coming here to the Leclerc shopping center in Creutzwald and sitting in this bakery and pastry shop because the coffee is delicious, the bread and cakes are good, and there's plenty of free parking. The staff are very friendly and efficient!!!! Congratulations to the owners for choosing such good staff!!!
