Between us, we explored almost the entire menu: perfectly cooked, pearly sea bass fillet, incredibly tender Thai beef, veal tartare, sea bream tartare, and the famous burger. From appetizer to dessert, each dish showcases genuine expertise, with all the cuisine being made from scratch. The flavor combinations are remarkable, both original and perfectly balanced. Every bite is a discovery, and some of the flavor pairings are simply divine. The presentation is meticulous, the service attentive, and the atmosphere warm and inviting. A restaurant that richly deserves its five stars. A must-visit for all lovers of fine food and quality ingredients. Bravo to the entire team!
