The food was good overall, but the dishes should have been served hotter, and the portions weren't very generous.
Be careful when asking the server about water: they don't offer a carafe, only a bottle, which you have to pay for. The value for money was disappointing.

A wonderful experience at Publisher. An excellent evening, everything was perfect. Beautiful dishes with expertly cooked ingredients and a masterful use of spices on my Thai beef. The menu is cohesive and well-thought-out. The wine list is carefully curated, and you'll find some real gems. Giovanni provided impeccable service. The chef is passionate and takes us on a journey through his diverse culinary experiences. A truly excellent restaurant in the 8th arrondissement.

Excellent beer, all the dishes are very, very good, especially the burger, the Milanese cutlet, the fish and chips, or the chicken fillet... there are a few (slightly) lighter options on the menu. Very good Languedoc red wine by the glass, friendly and efficient service. A few tables on the terrace, which are also very pleasant!

A truly delightful restaurant!
The atmosphere is friendly, the service is attentive without being pushy, and the setting is warm and inviting.
The menu is varied and the cuisine is excellent, with simple dishes that always have a very appealing twist. The wine list is extensive and diverse, and the server's recommendations are spot-on.
