Sunday, August 9th. The man at the drive-thru at lunchtime was fantastic. For the first time, he was someone who was happy to be working, smiling, and spoke very well. It was really very pleasant; he should be working the drive-thru more often. For the first time, I had absolutely everything I needed.

A very disappointing experience. No smiles or empathy from the staff, and we felt like we were bothering them. The restaurant floor was so greasy that our shoes squeaked and slipped as we walked. In short, probably the worst Burger King I've ever been to. They need to seriously improve their customer service, cleanliness, and overall experience.

12/09/2026: It was really nice. The food was good quality and there wasn't much of a wait at all. Plus, it was my birthday and I hadn't even asked for anything, but a friend mentioned it in passing. The servers added an ice cream cone to my dessert with a candle, and we started singing "Happy Birthday." The whole restaurant joined in. It was a little awkward but also very funny. A great little anecdote. And I even got a stuffed animal!
31/08/2026: Hello! We were just passing through and stopped here because we remembered how friendly and well-regarded it used to be. It's lost its luster. With inflation, I expected a more generous portion for the price... The service was a bit slow. For the nostalgia of the place, I recommend it.
