Très bonne cuisine. Un parenthèse enchanté basé sur une cuisine traditionnelle indienne de grande qualité. Salle luxueuse et très agréable. Le directeur de l’établissement est omniprésent et nous a aidé au moment de la commande. À refaire.

Excellent service, my family have a lot of dietary requirements, and they made dishes off menu specifically to cater to our needs. Absolutely wonderful!

For context, I am an American who has been living in Paris for a few years. We went to this restaurant tonight and it was amazing. The flavors are great and the staff was super nice. I had the butter chicken, saffron rice, and plain naan. I also had the traditional indian ice cream dessert. All of it was superb. A little spicy but not a lot. Like typical “French” spicy (not too spicy at all). My wife had the chicken korma and really liked it also. The guy who brought us our food was really nice and very personable. We could really tell this is a passion for him and not just a business. Apparently his family has been in this industry for 40 years. The atmosphere here was amazing too. The wine list is HUGE. they have everything. I recommend this place. We will definitely be going back

The butter chicken was very nice

Make no mistake, this beautiful address is expensive for some budgets (which I can understand) but it's worth the price of Fourchette. Indeed the dishes are refined and subtly spicy. I was able to experience a cuisine that was quite different and mastered than most of the Indian restaurants in the capital. Natural rice is a pure marvel both in the mouth and in the smell. The service is impeccable 👍 The room is chic with a hint of traditional furniture. A slight indescribable smell of spices and oriental perfume filled my nostrils throughout the meal. The manager, who is none other than the chef, is very passionate and this was felt both in the welcome and in the food he presented to us...subtle and refined. I recommend for a taste, sensory and olfactory experience..
