The ceviche which was therefore a tataki (we were warned) was super good. So we started this menu at 36 euros in the best possible way. Unfortunately, I think we made the mistake of having ravioli as a dish. It's a shame because it's not bad but it's not exceptional and especially with very little quantity (knowing that the dish is served for 18 euros alone, I think that for a dish, it's not at all sufficient) Surely the other dishes that don't have ravioli must be much more hearty. It's not a bad experience, but being called the ravioline and not taking care of your ravioli is very disappointing.

A very nice surprise! In a very pleasant setting, perfectly crafted authentic products that delight our taste buds. The Vercors trout cooked just right accompanied by seasonal vegetables was delicious. An address to recommend in Valencia!
