Still as beautiful in a grandiose landscape. Obviously closed at this time of year (March). Roll on summer to enjoy delicious dishes in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Clean and well-appointed dormitories. Intimate dining room. Fair prices. Easy parking. Easy access. Very friendly welcome. We come again and again.

Near the Py waterfall and on the way to the Glière refuge towards the marmots, a pleasant stop for a candlelit dinner!

A beautiful place, the starting point for a magnificent hike. I recommend it.

This magnificent refuge in a superb site has never been given away, the quality is still there fortunately with the new generation, but on the other hand, in terms of price, it has now bordered on ridiculous since this summer, it is downright indecent I would even say... Almost impossible now to have a "standard" lunch with a light dish, dessert, coffee and drink for less than 50 euros... Phew, sorry for the team but no! We live next door, too bad. This magnificent valley is going a bit crazy...🤔🙄😢

We loved this refuge. Very simple, but its rustic side is what makes it so charming. The candlelit meals are fantastic! It offers all the amenities needed for a successful stay and the welcome is top notch! The managers know how to adapt to the unexpected and reorganize themselves so that everything goes as smoothly as possible! We were there for the storm and the road becoming inaccessible. We couldn't resist eating there again the next day even though it wasn't planned and we really hesitated to extend our stay by one night. If only we didn't have any constraints... We will definitely come back, in any case we highly recommend it!

I had a wonderful time with my son! A candlelit meal in a setting that was as magical as ever despite the rain. A warm welcome as well. The prices may be a little high, but I think they're completely justified. I'm surprised to see some negative comments about the prices. The menu is outside and online, so no one is caught off guard!
