12/04/2026: We were craving raclette. There were three of us. We were happy to be there, arriving promptly at 7:00 PM, and received a warm welcome. We chatted with the waiter. The presentation of the meal was nice. We'd been hiking all day and were hungry. We asked for an extra portion for two of us (which meant the cost of two additional courses) and a dessert (a runny panna cotta). We were told there was no problem as long as we left before 9:00 PM, because there was a second seating! And that's where we were disappointed. We understand there's a second seating, but to be told we had to leave quickly... We didn't find that very professional. In fact, we got the impression that the staff was suddenly less friendly. In short: We ate well (it's still raclette, but the ingredients were good quality). The atmosphere was pleasant during the first hour. But we didn't understand this attitude, especially since we spent over €150 between the three of us. 🤷
