Very nice discovery. Impeccable service, calm and pleasant atmosphere. The site is remarkable, at the foot of the waterfalls. I recommend and we will come back.

An exceptional place in an exceptional setting. The welcome is warm, the service is attentive with little touches that make the difference. The cuisine combines tradition and modernity, with original proposals and careful presentation. Congratulations to the team behind the scenes, who we can guess are passionate. It is now an obligatory stop on each of our visits to Cauterets. If you have to choose just one, this is the shelter you should head to.

We had lunch yesterday on the terrace. Menu 19 euros, starter, main course, dessert. Excellent, very good, plentiful, well presented and the team smiling and very pleasant. I recommend. Brigitte B

29/03/2024: Ugh, Very expensive for the quality of the cuisine. The duck lacks taste, cooking was not respected. On the other hand, the fries are very good.
23/03/2024: Local products, delicious dishes, especially the fondue! Quality service, an intimate room, I highly recommend!
