Very nice discovery! The garbure is very successful. I also advise you to taste the arranged rums. They are great! The rum flavored with coffee is amazing.

Simply excellent. If you want to eat good garbure, this is the place for you. The owner will welcome you with a smile and will cook delicious meals for you. Remember to book because there is not much space (around 25 seats). Thank you for your welcome.

This little restaurant is really recommendable. It specializes in Raclette and Fondues, the food is very tasty and abundant. Prices are reasonable. Yes you are right, it is Garbure. Excuse me. But that doesn't change my assessment!

27/03/2024: We were looking for a place and we were not disappointed. A great welcome and service, the dishes were good and plentiful. We even had the right to a digestive offered by the house. We recommend this restaurant and we will come back!

31/03/2024: A visit this Easter Sunday, very good reviews, it's time for a discovery. A climb, by car, from Cauterets, easy to access. A warm welcome, perfect service, hearty cuisine but not too much. A trip to the store to bring this quality of product home. To do and redo. Thank you for this moment.
22/03/2024: I recommend this restaurant 200%, the food is very good, the products are local and fresh and what's more, the setting is great, the staff are very friendly
