Personnel très agréable, jolie vue,plats savoureux, j' ai apprécié tous les plats,mais le seul bémol c'est qu avant on pouvait choisir des plats a la carte et moins honereux ! J' y suis venue même dormir, j' avais aussi offert dîner et nuit à ma mère pour son anniversaire ...là on nous oblige pratiquement a prendre des menus, personnellement je ne prends ni fromages,ni dessert....mais aucun geste commercial...l addition reste la même... une petite attention aurait été la bienvenue étant donné que je ne suis pas une touriste et que je pourrais être amené a revenir.... dommage.

We go every year and live rhe amaz8ng location and great service. But this time was different The maestro was there and in charge. A set menu of 5 or 9 couses 5 for a very reasonable 160E each course beautifully intriguing and tasty. After years of hohum cook8ng something culinary which was extraordinary. What a great evening deserving 3 stars not one. And thanks to Jeremy for excellent service and Fred the voiturier who really halped with transportation issues. Well done M. Llorca

16/12/2024: Very warm welcome in this hotel well located in the region. Easy access from Nice airport, but not too in the coastal crowds. The view is superb over the mountains of the hinterland. Very good advice is given on the stay, catering, visits to do, sea or mountain walks. Well appointed rooms.
06/12/2024: Very pleasant welcome, very clean room and the staff are lovely and attentive, highly recommended
