Magnificent view, great meal, perfect service

A little disappointed at the time of the breakfast which we had booked online and which apparently had been served in another room, too bad not to check the reservations and the rooms, this would avoid this kind of inconvenience

Slightly disappointed: this is the third time I have come and this time was unfortunately disappointing. When reserving a table I specify that one person does not eat truffles and another is vegetarian. However, there was truffle for the one who didn't eat any and no dish for the vegetarian who had to eat cheese (certainly very good, but not a dish from Llorca). I took the liberty of asking because previously (2/3 years ago) this had not been a problem, Llorca had prepared a delicious vegetarian dish for us. Supplement: we don't tell you the prices when you choose the champagne and end up with a glass for €30... a little indication could have been useful. The portions have also been reduced compared to 2019: the “rib steak” took two bites. Small disappointment which I had to share in the hope that it will be taken into account, at least for the "service" part, in order to be better supported. Otherwise, quite simply, do not say that the menu can be adapted to our dietary specificities (everything had been specified and validated by telephone in advance).

Everything comes together to have an excellent time: impeccable valet, smiling welcome, magnificent room, charming room service, very good advice sommelier... And of course the cuisine which is breathtaking in its lightness, taste and creativity. Thank you to all of you.

Alain Llorca is without a doubt the best chef in the region. Words are not strong enough to describe excellence. But with simplicity I would say, that it made us dream and amazed our taste buds!

An experience in itself. Like any experience it surprises, like any great experience it SURROUNDS.

Orrimo pranzo con la formula menu du marché. Servizio impeccabile,piatti perfetti, la vista dalla veranda del ristorante è magnifica.
