A superb experience at the Albatross! A very warm welcome from the moment we arrived and throughout our meal—the staff is truly attentive and friendly. The restaurant is spotless, very clean, and pleasant. The location is magnificent, with a superb view of Bonifacio's harbor, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The desserts are absolutely delicious! I highly recommend stopping here if you're passing through Bonifacio; it's a great place not to be missed. 🌅🍽️✨

01/10/2025: An insider tip in Bonifacio, very hidden, but absolutely recommended! We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. After a quick look at the menu, we sat down at a table outside. The atmosphere was super nice, everything was super simple, but very pleasant. Since we're vegetarian, they recommended a veggie burger and the aubergines à la bonifacienne. We had no idea what this eggplant dish was, so we were in for a surprise. It was four small balls that were super, super delicate and spicy. They came with a fresh salad, a delicious, delicious baked potato, and a delicious tomato sauce with the balls inside. The veggie burger with the delicious vegetable patty and spicy sheep/goat cheese was also excellent. Highly recommended restaurant!!
