Really a very good gastronomic address. The swallows under the canopy welcome you and that's wonderful. The Munster potato pancakes are crispy and well-made...they take you on the paths of taste and unforgettable flavors. As for the kidneys... it's a burst of tenderness when cooked and the sauce that accompanies them is exquisite. You have to ask for bread so as not to leave anything on the plate. What a nice surprise... well done chef, you know how to spice up dishes and prepare them wonderfully. We recommend your address.

While staying in the area, we were recommended this restaurant
Results I highly recommend it too!!
I had an Alsatian sauerkraut (impossible to travel through the region without eating this specialty!) and my girlfriend had a potato and smoked salmon pancake
And really everything was super good, full of taste, flavor, real know-how!!
68€ for 2 people, aperitif, main course, dessert, I find it very suitable! Value for money +++
I will definitely order again! And if I come back to the area, I will go back without hesitation

Je n’est pas l’habitude d’écrire de commentaire mais je suis obligé de les féliciter. Sa fessait longtemps que je n’avait pas manger des plat du terroir aussi bon et surtout fait maison. Les escargot à tombé , foie gras de bonne qualité, tête de veau succulente et les ribs a tombé . Un accueil sympathique et de plus convivial. Merci !!! j’avais peur de tombé sur un restaurant attrape touristes et je ressort plus que satisfaite.

Uriges Restaurant im Zentrum von Andlau. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Wir hatten nicht reserviert, aber unter der Woche problemlos einen Tisch für 4 Personen bekommen. Die Flammkuchen waren sehr gut und auch preislich absolut fair gehalten. Auch für die Kinder gab es passende Auswahlmöglichkeiten, wobei wir auch hier zum Flammkuchen raten würden (die Pommes Frites waren etwas zu lange frittiert, wobei die Chicken Nuggets sehr gut waren).
Getränkeauswahl ebenfalls gut, der Service war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
