Meal for Mother's Day Very good restaurant

The menu was somewhat limited due to Mother's Day. It took time to order and patience for the food to arrive. It was also very busy, and the one waitress was extremely busy.

Lovely restaurant, with local regional food, which was delicious and well presented, staff were attentive and friendly.

Everything was perfect, except for the waitress's/owner's outfit! It was completely out of place with the restaurant's atmosphere. Indeed, she mainly served outside, but that doesn't change anything. What does she look like from behind? 😱 A backless dress where you can see the embellishments from the back, which really don't flatter her. Not worthy of the rest of the establishment, which is otherwise of good quality. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, but since she was the first person we spoke to, it doesn't make you want to go, and that would be a shame because it's really very good! My message is simply to make you realize that everything is important in a restaurant. And the first impression doesn't match the rest, but she is a very friendly and kind person. One rule in the restaurant industry, at least in the restaurants I've visited!

Very good, excellent value for money. Except that the outfit isn't very flattering from the back, especially with the bra and the black stockings peeking out. 🤔 It would be more appropriate to keep these outfits for private use. 🤔🫣 But that's just my professional opinion. 🤗 It was never about judging her appearance. It's irrelevant, but even in the heat, you can find suitable outfits for a restaurant that welcomes customers. Personally, I think it's like the welcome, the atmosphere, the food, and the service. It's simply part of the restaurant industry standards. But I mistakenly thought that she might not have realized what it looks like from the back. But indeed, if it's with management's approval, everything is perfect. 🤩 Otherwise, nothing to complain about, everything is perfect. 🤩

There were seven of us at the table, and unfortunately, they forgot to serve my dish. I had ordered steak tartare. I think it's a quick dish to prepare and serve quickly (since it's cold), but I didn't receive my plate and had to wait an extra 10 minutes after everyone else had been served because they forgot mine. Then, because they had to make it in a hurry, the tartare wasn't even seasoned. So, a bit of a disappointment. Otherwise, the servers were very friendly. No complaints there. Despite the wait, the forgotten dish, and the unseasoned tartare, I'm giving it a good rating because the service was pleasant.

We had a delicious dinner. Classic tarte flambée and tasty sorbet. The mirabelle plum brandy was excellent. Friendly service. Lovely spot by the fountain.

We had a wonderful evening; the food was delicious (sauerkraut and rump steak), and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend it!
