Impeccable service and welcome. After a 5-minute wait, we were seated on the terrace. The waitresses were very friendly and welcoming. The tarte flambée was excellent.

We had 1 Pompeii pizza and 1 wild garlic/margière tarte flambée. The wild garlic tarte flambée was good. But the Pompeii pizza and the margière tarte flambée didn't really taste like raw ham. Overall, it was good.

Delicious local food at fair prices. Very friendly staff, but reservations or early arrival are recommended to avoid long waits. We had two appetizers, two different tarte flambées, and two desserts, including drinks (beer, water, and juice) for €76. Highly recommended.

Around a cobbled street in Colmar, we stumble upon Caveau Saint Jean, a little Alsatian haven just the way we like them. The welcome is warm and genuine, with a smile as a bonus. The atmosphere? Intimate and full of charm, between exposed stone and soft lighting. The food is a masterful blend of local ingredients: a delicate and delicious flammekueche, and a refreshing iced vacherin to finish on a sweet note. A pleasant surprise, unpretentious, but with everything you need for a great time. I highly recommend it. #restaurant #colmar

Foods were very delicious and the portions were very good. We ate one of the beef plate as 2 people. Creme brulee was amazing. Strongly recommended.

Not much to say that hasn’t already been said. Great local food. Great service with passion and a smile. We had the beef filet with frites and the beef tartare which came with salad and frites. Both mains and our wines were delicious. Highly recommend you make reservations.

22/09/2024: hello, we came thirsty and hungry we were not disappointed, the prices compared to the cooked quality were surprising, the rating of 10/5 does not exist but they deserve it. A must-see in Colmar without a doubt. Pleasant and friendly server
19/09/2024: This is probably one of the best tarte flambée addresses in Alsace. But I don't know if we should publicize this information because this restaurant is tiny and it offers very little space to eat, at the table or at the bar. In short, it is worth it and it is absolutely necessary to book.
