Brasserie avec une équipe bien rodée, accueil sympathique. Une référence à Millau. On peut prendre du vin au verre, c’est un plus. Tout était très bien exécuté.

Atypical ! Very nice! Very warm welcome, surprising interior courtyard, authenticity of the place, originality of the dishes, everything is there. It’s even worth a detour. Succulent andouillette. Amazing frozen nougat. A great address

Want an aligot to end your vacation: Excellent restaurant whose reputation is well established; a delicious discovery for us from the start of the meal until the end, including wine 😉. Mention + for us in Lyon: certain wines are served in “pots” 😉

Very good address in Millau, present for 25 years apparently. Small downside which prevents the maximum score: lack of knowledge on cooking meats: won for additional cooking and always not perfect on the return, too bad... Otherwise the rest is impeccable

Pas facile à trouver quand on ne connait pas Millau, mais quand on accède à la terrasse on sait que l'endroit va nous plaire, tout y est parfait: accueil et cuisine.

25/09/2024: A caravan and a semi parked on the side of the road, that caught our attention. We're stopping there! The parking lot is crowded and the rooms are full. Hearty, hearty and hearty. Everything is homemade and served with a smile. Fair price. Good address
