Great restaurant in the heart of Millau! Pleasant and funny waiters, very good dishes and good wine. I recommend the Aveyronnaise lamb, with its Aligot galette 😍

It was a very successful evening. The service was very friendly, and they even swapped the bottle of wine we ordered because it was too sweet for us. We would come again.

Cozy restaurant with a good menu. We had pave de boeuf and mouton for main courses, accompanied by a good glass of wine and a good beer. I've rarely had such a good steak, and the mouton was also excellent.
The waiter spoke good English. It's a charming place. Make sure you either have a reservation or arrive early, as it can get busy.

A beautiful, cozy restaurant. I love the decor of exposed beams, the jointed bricks, and the tables arranged harmoniously so that each guest can converse.
The dishes are excellent, the choices are reasonable, and you can tell they're cooked with great taste. The portions are generous.
The service is fast, discreet, and efficient, and from time to time, a touch of humor makes us feel welcome.
We loved it 🤩
