Nice and welcoming neighborhood restaurant. The terrace is very pleasant and not noisy, varied menu, predominantly Alsatian, we tried the pot-au-feu salad, delicious and generous. The service is efficient and attentive. We will come back to taste the rest of the menu! And finally the prices are absolutely fair. Flawless continue!

Retournés au Joyeux Pêcheur en ce mois d'août avec de la famille, et pour la première fois en terrasse : ouah ! nous en avons été très enthousiasmés, c'est une belle réussite : parasols et éclairages intégrés, belle décoration moderne, ça fait qualité ; tables assorties. Terrasse bien délimitée, c'est clair c'est grand c'est rectangulaire. Bref, très confortable. De plus nous y étions un soir où il faisait une température idéale, ni trop chaud ni trop froid, ni pluie. Et pas de moustiques non plus. Bénéfice complémentaire de la terrasse, en sommes sortis sans sentir la tarte flambée. Et tartes flambées toujours aussi excellentes (normale, gratinée, champignons, munster pour celles goûtées ce soir-là), un délice. La Dame Blanche se porte toujours très bien, nous en sommes très satisfaits. Prix très raisonnable. Merci pour ce restaurant à la Robertsau.

Seconde fois que j’y allais depuis sa réouverture : cette fois un dimanche soir pour la tarte flambée : elles étaient excellentes: pâte croustillante, garniture généreuse goûteuse et crémeuse. On a pris nature et munster. La sauce de la salade qu’on a prise avec était aussi particulièrement réussie. Dessert Dame blanche : excellente et très généreusement servie. Bon rapport qualité prix surtout pour un dimanche soir, respect pour le personnel de travailler le dimanche soir.

01/09/2024: A rather exceptional culinary experience, beautiful flavors, precise cooking, and incredible attention to detail in the decoration of the dishes. The beauty and refinement of the dishes contribute greatly to this beautiful culinary escapade through beefsteak tomatoes, lobster, caviar.... Conversely, we were disappointed by the service, only false notes! The waiter came to take our choice of wines even though we did not have the menu [...difficult to choose... ] Clearing one of the plates while my partner was still eating... Coffee served without spoon or sugar. .. We choose the “prestige” wine pairing at €90 per person / 5 glasses [white wine pairings of our choice]. We were very surprised to see different wines [different countries, grape varieties, winemakers] served in the same glass! New trend? New practice? The explanations given by the server did not convince us, especially the ecological argument! What a shame!
31/08/2024: Third gourmet restaurant for my part, having a lot of expectations for this starred restaurant, unfortunately I left disappointed. Dishes with high quality ingredients but without much research. Out of 7 dishes 5 were with fish. The different white wines served in the same glass at the end I have a mixture of 4 white wines in the same glass. The servers are very pleasant but lack professionalism and finesse.

16/12/2024: We were very excited when they were able to fit us in last minute. We spent $83.10 euros between my partner and I; this included 2 drinks, 2 appetizers, and 2 entrees. Which for the quality of the meal, I think it was well worth the splurge. I ordered the Riesling with an onion tart and the chicken entree. All of which were fantastic! The chicken came with a delicious cheese sauce. My partner ordered the beer/picon, escargot and jambonneau. The crust on the jamonneau was so dang good. I tried to take nibble whenever he’d let me 🤣. Personally, not a fan of escargot but this was far better than the last time I tried it. Overall, we had a great time! Got to mingle with the group of locals sat next to us - bit of a language barrier but laughing is a universal language.
11/12/2024: El lugar es pequeño, las mesas se aprietan una contra otra, el volumen es alto y la comida es tan clásica alsaciana como se pone. Al igual que los verdaderos bouchons en Lyon o los pequeños bougnat bistrots en París, o amas u odias estos lugares... Nos encantan y nos lo pasamos genial. A debe tratar de ver lo que es un verdadero winstub
