Excellent cassoulet, a real treat! Very generous and served in a warm atmosphere. A good selection of wines as well.
The desserts are very good, but only if you still have room.

Very nice, there were 8 of us. It was a very pleasant time, the waitress has a sense of humor and is very friendly, the cassoulets are excellent, we enjoyed ourselves, I would definitely recommend it again

Appetizing dishes served in a small restaurant with somewhat dated decor. I was disappointed by the welcome from the waitress, who didn't offer us a smile and quickly seated us.
10 minutes after we were seated, we finally took our order.
In short, fortunately, the dishes were decent.

The room smelled of stale cigarettes, the gizzards in the starter smelled very strong and looked questionable, I couldn't eat them. On the other hand, the cassoulet was excellent.

Still a great place in Castelnaudary, the room has air conditioning and Germaine the owner still cooks just as well.
