Very good restaurant. Everything is homemade. The boss is very friendly. You can go with your eyes closed.

Loved it. Very simple local food but executed with expertise. Best carpaccio I’ve ever had (melted on mouth), superb trout with vin jeaune sauce and the tuna tartare special was outstanding. I also had the best chocolate fondant I’ve ever had. It’s a very simple, no thrills restaurant but the food speaks for itself.

We recommend the Arboisienne fondue in the middle of summer, it's a real refreshment 😂. For dessert we opted for a chocolate fondant and a Baba with Jura marc Great time with top waitresses

Coming as a family, we got around 30 euros per person... the menu is local, the food is fresh and well cooked, a nice discovery. Thank you ☺️

Nous avons passé un bon moment dans ce resto, plats copieux et savoureux, le tout pour un prix correct. C'est vrai que la salle était vraiment bruyante mais pour le reste, rien à redire.

Delicious fondue served bubbling hot! Service very nice. One server spoke excellent English which was appreciated. A clean,welcoming atmosphere.

10/12/2024: Locale pittoresco e molto accogliente molto conosciuto ad Arbois. Si mangia dignitosamente spendendo pochissimo, eccellente il carrello dei formaggi, consigliatissimo per l'aperitivo, si bevono bellissime bottiglie a prezzi onestissimi, staff molto gentile e disponibile.
13/10/2024: Sur la route de nos vacances nous avons fait une halte pour déjeuner à Arbois au bistrot des Claquets. On se sent tout de suite à l'aise dans ce petit resto à la décoration vintage où l'on est accueilli avec le sourire dans une ambiance décontractée. Cuisine familiale et goûteuse comme on aime !!!! Bon rapport qualité prix...on ne peut faire que des compliments ...

26/08/2024: Great little restaurant with two menus to choose from. Simple dishes but very well done!
16/08/2024: As the chef says, you shouldn't trust Google, I had consulted the menu on Google which did not correspond to reality at all. How it works: the daily menu is displayed on a slate, 2 possible choices. For each choice the starter and desserts are similar. The main course changes regularly. It's a small restaurant with a simple and good menu. Everything is displayed, no big menu, apart from the drinks menu. No point asking the chef if there are several formulas or a menu, it will annoy him.
