We went on the recommendation of the manager of the Hotel Mosaik, and it was a great choice.
From the moment we arrived, the woman who served us was very friendly and professional. She spoke to us in Spanish. We tried several dishes from the menu, including some appetizers like the gildas (anchovy, olive, and pepper skewers), scallops with dill and lemon, and a hand-cut beef tartare—all delicious. For our main course, we chose the sea bass fillet with curry and coconut sauce, and it was incredible! The dessert was simply divine—a freshly baked cookie with mascarpone and walnuts. A highly recommended, centrally located, and very beautiful place.

A very pleasant experience.
The waitresses were incredibly friendly, kind, smiling, and attentive. Thank you for the thoughtful touch for Cathy's birthday.
A big thank you also to the chef who shared his passion with us and introduced us to his charcoal-grilled cuisine.
A delicious meal, the monkfish was perfectly prepared—a real treat.
We highly recommend this establishment and will definitely return on our next trip to Saint-Jean-de-Luz.

What a wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic time at this restaurant. The excellent cuisine, made with fresh, seasonal ingredients, was lovingly prepared by chef Benjamin and served with kindness by Anabelle and another equally lovely young woman.
We will definitely be back. Thank you again, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal!

AMAZING FISH!
The place is very cozy, the staff is super friendly, and what can I say about their grilled fish? It's the house specialty!
