We spent 2 nights in this hotel and were also able to enjoy the SPA. The entire stay was perfect. The very friendly staff, the very varied breakfast, the magnificent room and the very well maintained SPA complex. The SPA park is also a beautiful place to relax. Everything is done to make you feel good and it works! I already want to go back. The little extra with the SPA accessible to hotel residents before and after closing time to the public.

Pleasant moment of relaxation. Lots of people (Sunday) Friendly staff. Too bad no more shower gel and soap before leaving.

My first Spa experience. The place is well maintained and the welcome is very good. However, they sell us the obligatory flip flops for €2.50 for really mediocre quality... that's why I only give them 4 stars. noted that the pool is large with the possibility of going outside which is very appreciated. However, the number of seats and beds are very limited given the size of the pool, which is a shame. The bath with music was not working when I came, too bad. However for the price it is a good spa to recommend!

The breakfast is excellent with very fresh and varied products, everything you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The spa is good but a lot of people, being open to external customers. The semi-gastronomic restaurant has good value for money.

We have just had a stay with you. What can I say that hasn't already been said: spacious and very clean room (apart from the deckchairs covered in bird droppings), responsive, attentive and warm staff. There are certainly people at the pool, but with this heat we can only understand. Only very personal downside: it was my birthday and the receptionist told me that something special would be prepared for me.. Which never happened 😕 No hard feelings 😉

Au Passage de la Tour

06/04/2024: Lovely restaurant right under the Tour des Bouchers with traditional Alsatian cuisine. I had the calf’s head with sauce gribiche and my wife had the seasonal asparagus with 2 hams and 2 sauces (sauce gribiche and house made mayonnaise). Portions are very generous. A nice Riesling in the glass to pair with the food. Service was brisk and professional. Lovely atmosphere both inside and out.
