An absolutely perfect stay! ✨️ The overnight stay with dinner and breakfast was a first for us, the staff were incredibly attentive throughout, the amenities provided exceeded our expectations, and we left feeling completely refreshed! The complimentary bottle of chilled water for our journey home was especially appreciated in this heat 🥰

Breakfast was disappointing overall. Fresh produce was lacking, and the eggs didn't seem fresh, or rather, they were mushy. Freshly prepared dishes like omelets or scrambled eggs would be a given at a breakfast buffet – instead, there were mostly pre-packaged items and a lot of cake. Fresh Bircher muesli was also completely absent. Likewise, there were no lactose-free or plant-based milk alternatives (e.g., oat or almond milk), which should really be standard these days. The selection was very limited overall. The coffee was unfortunately very weak and hardly appealing in terms of taste. The only positive aspect was the freshly squeezed orange juice, which was really good. The service also left much to be desired: Used dishes weren't cleared away for a long time and remained on the table even after fresh coffee was served.

We stayed in a suite at this hotel and generally enjoyed certain aspects of our experience, particularly the suite itself, which was pleasant and included thoughtful touches upon arrival: a cake, a bottle of wine, and toiletries that were truly appreciated. The hotel, spa, and restaurant staff were welcoming and helpful. Special mention goes to their assistance in finding a charging solution for our electric vehicle, as only four charging points are available for all guests of the hotel, spa, and casino. Breakfast was also very good. However, several points need improvement, especially for a hotel positioning itself as a 4-star establishment with a spa. The "spa" resembles a public thermal pool more than a truly intimate and high-quality wellness space. The facilities clearly lack refinement, are poorly signposted, and some areas are not accessible to everyone. During our two-day stay, no sun loungers were available, even for hotel guests. Furthermore, no offer was made to change the bathrobe or towels. The customer service at Le Belvédère restaurant also leaves much to be desired; we felt like we were bothering them, and they didn't hesitate to let us know it. Similarly, the lunch menu was more akin to a cafeteria meal than an offering consistent with the expected level of service. A mixed experience, therefore, falling far short of the standards expected of a 4-star spa.

Short weekend with my two sons and their wives, very clean hotel, great room, impeccable restaurant with very friendly and pleasant service. My only slight complaint is the pool access, too crowded because there were many people not staying at the hotel, no space in the jacuzzis or at the massage jets.

We stay at all the spa hotels in the East. This hotel offers the best value for money and level of luxury. Everything is perfect: the luxurious and quiet rooms, the superb breakfast, the clean and relaxing spa, the three varied restaurants, and the very pleasant casino. The very attentive and friendly staff managed to be both highly professional and relaxed (a welcome change from overly formal establishments). As soon as we step through the door of this hotel, we feel at peace.

A stay with friends that generally met our expectations. The room was pleasant, the bed comfortable, and the Fragonard toiletries provided. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. We were slightly disappointed with the spa on the first day: it was very crowded at 4:00 PM, making it difficult to enjoy. The following morning, we appreciated the spa as it was much less crowded.

We stayed two nights at the Resort Barrière Ribeauvillé, chosen primarily for its spa and wellness center. While the rooms and overall service quality met the standards of a 4-star hotel, several significant issues detracted from the experience. First, substantial construction work was underway at the hotel entrance (a crane was present), without us having been informed beforehand. But the main disappointment concerned the spa and wellness center. It is actually open to the public, resulting in large crowds and an atmosphere more akin to a public swimming pool than a high-end relaxation area. Furthermore, the hotel only has a few lounge chairs inside (4) for over 50 rooms, making any kind of relaxation difficult. After speaking with the spa manager, it appears that this situation is known but difficult to rectify in the short term. This nevertheless raises a genuine question about the alignment between the services offered and the legitimate expectations of hotel guests. Other areas for improvement: The sports bar clearly lacks charm and does not meet the expected standard. The absence of a proper hotel bar is surprising for this price range. At the Brasserie restaurant, the open layout overlooking the casino entrance detracts from the ambiance, and the interactions between guests arriving at the casino and the servers are not always up to standard. It should be noted, however, that breakfast and the brasserie are of good quality. In summary, an acceptable experience in some respects, but disappointing in the central element that had motivated our visit. Greater transparency and a repositioning of the spa services would be necessary to bring it in line with a 4-star rating.
