Restaurant Belle Vue sur Wissembourg

We were on the terrace. Gorgeous. Perfect. A lovely atmosphere. The menu was excellent. Wine a dream. The boss is friendly as are the rest of the staff. We're coming back. That's for sure.

Wir waren am Freitag Mittag da. Der Empfang durch die Chefin war schon sehr nett, ebenso die beiden Servicekräfte. Die foi gras kalt und warm sehr gut und schön auf dem Teller angerichtet. Perlhuhn und Steinbutt auch sehr lecker. Das Kartoffelgratin war 1a. Ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit sehr guter Küche. Die Wein Empfehlung war bestens. Gerne wieder Klare Empfehlung

Leckeres Essen, auf Wunsch bekommt man auch vegetarische Gerichte. Die Dame des Hauses, die manchem etwas ruppig erscheinen könnte, spricht perfekt Deutsch. Im Vergleich zur Moulin de Walk würde ich allerdings diese wählen beim nächsten Besuch in der Gegend.

Eating at BELLE VUE. The frog legs as well as the snails, tasty as a starter, simply excellent... The main course is veal medallions with mushrooms and a fine sauce. The lamb fillet in a nut butter sauce. Both excellent and sophisticatedly seasoned. And the little things in between, like the pear sorbet... simply enjoyable, brilliant. The burner in general was the “dessert”: Mouse chocolate on orange sorbet Likewise the vanilla ice cream on raspberries... Simply excellent, it makes your taste buds dance. We didn't just eat something, we ate like “God in France”. Addendum: In the meantime we have been to this restaurant twice again: In the summer of 2022 and unfortunately my veal medalions were burned. After the food was returned and I got a new one, it was probably Sovit-cooked (like boiled) and had no taste at all. On 7/2024 we went out to eat again and this time my steak was well done and tough, the veal medallions again had lots of roasted aromas. Unfortunately, the cooking has deteriorated a lot and it's a shame for a star restaurant.

First-class cuisine, attentive and friendly service and a nice atmosphere. Clear recommendation!

Highly recommended. Ambiance, service and cuisine at a high level. The quality of the products used from the kitchen is very good, for example the scallops or the saddle of lamb. We will come back in any case.

Finally a restaurant in pure tradition

Our visit this lunchtime was truly fabulous. Starting with the fact that all the dishes were really excellent. The dishes were prepared with attention to detail and every single component was cooked to perfection. Also big praise to the very friendly and professional service team! Also worth mentioning is the outdoor area, where you can sit in a truly magical setting. When we chose between a starter and the main course, we were also treated to three greetings from the kitchen and delicious fresh bread - you really couldn't ask for more. Given the background, the prices are more than reasonable, which is why we would like to come back again.
