The combinations are magical; it's culinary virtuosity. Advance booking is essential to guarantee a table, and it's important to book well in advance. To avoid spoiling the experience and allowing you to fully immerse yourself in it, I won't say more. The sommelier's work is exceptional, and the explanations are clear and detailed. In short, if you want to treat yourself to a break in a great restaurant at a price that remains affordable considering the quality, go for it.

BK is a particularly delightful and surprising restaurant. We were far from imagining the work that goes into using fresh, seasonal produce, sometimes sourced from all corners of Europe. Not only did we discover a new way of working with food, with an original presentation steeped in history based on the origin of the ingredients, but also stemming from the owners' own logic and experience, whose dishes were a true explosion of flavor. We also found a respect for the ingredients and the passion they bring to the table, as well as the way they are cooked and presented. It's a complete reinterpretation of regional, French, European, and international cuisine. A moment of wonder, respectful of the well-kept secrets hidden beneath a discreet exterior, not to mention the attentive service that truly touched us. A pure moment of escape that transports us through time and history. A big congratulations to BK restaurant, which deserves to be savored. 👏

What an unforgettable evening! We opted for a six-course nomad tasting menu, and the extraordinary journey began with the amuse-bouches. Throughout the meal, or rather the tasting, we were treated to one surprise after another. Even though we tried to guess the ingredients of each dish as a culinary illusion, the explanation provided afterward was always just as surprising. We were amazed by the exceptional ingredients, but also by the cuisine's abundance of innovative ideas. The conversation with the chef at the end of the meal was equally enjoyable. It was an absolutely perfect experience!

To date, one of the best restaurants we've experienced in this price range. The service is attentive without being intrusive, and the explanations of the dishes are thorough; they explain what you're eating, where it comes from, and how it's prepared.
