Restaurant Bon Voyage sur Lyon

Rediscovery of this Chinese restaurant located on the Quai Jean Moulin along the Rhône. Well provided map. Typical Chinese cuisine. The restaurant was full. Pleasant room with several round tables allowing you to easily share a meal. Good food overall. We had around ten dishes. The wok with frogs, the caramelized chicken and the grilled shrimp with chili are very good. The mapo tofu is average compared to what we have tested in other Chinese restaurants, including in Lyon. The quantities seem to have been reduced but the prices have remained rather affordable. The people in charge of the service are not very welcoming. The food is good, well prepared and probably made with fresh products. We came on a busy evening, but the service was deplorable, a lot (really a lot!!!) of waiting to order and to get our dishes. 45 minutes of waiting to order and a meal served in over 2 hours... Ultimately, we eat well, but our patience is put to the test!

It's very good. The welcome is very friendly. The setting is nice. The cuisine is "homemade".... after 3 experiences, it is also very consistent. A “safe value” address. Thank you chefs ☺️

One of my favorite restaurants in Lyon. We go there regularly and have never been disappointed. Excellent flavors, very good products, go there with your eyes closed, you will not regret.

A beautiful address discovered two years ago. The dishes are delicious. I recommend the sweet and sour chicken and Pekingese pork tenderloin with its pancakes.

The food was excellent and I enjoyed the wok heated by fire on the table. I would suggest to clean the window that was very dirty, providing a bad impression outside and inside.
