A very pleasant restaurant with an idyllic setting, overlooking the Basque hills and pastures.
The service is superb: responsive, quick, and very friendly. The dishes are excellent and refined, where every flavor shines through in each ingredient.
My wife and I highly recommend this place.

High-quality food and service without spending a fortune. We had a very delicious dinner taking advantage of their special menu week, but we have been before and they also have very good lunch options every day. We will return to Itsasura and Bonnet restaurant again. Thank you very much!

An excellent address, both authentic and modern, in the heart of the Basque Country. The hotel is very well located for walks and hikes; the rooms are extremely comfortable, with beautiful mountain views and modern decor; the cuisine is excellent, with refined and flavorful dishes; the welcome is warm and personalized; the spa has an indoor pool and a modern private sauna with mountain views; there's also an outdoor pool in the summer. We can't wait to return! Thank you for your 5-star hospitality.

The hotel is generally fine, with decent rooms and a pleasant appearance. However, the spa and pool experience was quite disappointing.
It's advertised as a hotel with a spa and pool, leading you to expect relaxing hot tubs, and you book the hotel with that in mind, but the pool water was cold and the spa is tiny, barely big enough for two people.
Upon arrival, the reception staff were quite unhelpful. No one explained where the spa was located or how to access it, even though it's in a different part of the hotel, something we consider essential for guests.
Overall, the hotel is very good, but the information about the facilities and customer service should be improved to avoid disappointments.

Excellent stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and perfectly heated. Warm welcome and extremely kind staff. Our 10-year-old daughter loved her stay. We will gladly return on a future visit.
