A superb experience this Monday, September 2, fast, pleasant service, refined cuisine, thanks to the chef, we will come back and we recommend very affordable prices, magnificent setting

It is and will remain the best restaurant on Cathedral Square. I could recognize his dishes with my eyes closed! It's delicious, it's good and it's pleasant to eat there.

This place is very nice Thaïs and Déborah are professional waitresses, caring, smiling and so on..... Caro and Co is a restaurant that I recommend to everyone. The cuisine is excellent and a chef who knows her job and knows how to handle her utensils. Word of spatula go there with your eyes closed. I recommend 🥰🥰🥰

Passing through on the holiday route, a superb restaurant as beautiful as it is delicious, with careful decoration and more than friendly staff! A great time! We note the address in our travel diary and will come back! Looking forward to it! (pssst, half-cooked is a treat!)

Je recommande adresse sûre et plats copieux. Tapas et vin blanc moelleux + plat du jour excellent. Nous sommes venus par hasard en regardant les restaurants ouverts un lundi soir (rare à Bazas). Nous avons vu les avis positifs et sommes allés manger la bas. Le service est assez rapide et très bien encadré. Les deux femmes sont top et le monsieur aussi ! Mention spéciale pour le/la cuisinier(e) qui fait des plats exquis. L’assiette de fromage et charcuterie était super bonne et le plat du jour (saumon avec riz à l’espagnole) une tuerie !

Lækker mad, smukke omgivelser, fantastisk betjening. En helt klar anbefaling herfra. Vi var 2 voksne, 1 teenager og et barn. Vi delte 4 forretter og var faktisk mætte derfra, men desserterne måtte også prøves. Alt smagte virkelig lækkert og samtidig smukt anrettet. Betjeningen var fantastiske: søde, charmerende og enormt imødekommende. Vi taler ikke fransk, men intet problem. Den ene tjener talte godt engelsk og med en anden tjener klarede vi os med en blanding af fransk, engelsk, fagter, smil og grin. Det gjorde kun oplevelsen endnu bedre. Vi fik oven i købet tilbudt resten af maden med hjem i doggybag. Det takkede vi ja til og fik en fin “taske” foldet af sølvpapir. En detalje som viser omtanken for gæsterne på denne restaurant. Vi gav ca 150 euro inkl et glas vin og rigeligt med vand/sirupvand. Det var en skøn skøn aften og vi håber engang at komme tilbage.
