I had a wonderful time at Domaine Seilly, tasting their white and sparkling wines and visiting the cellar. They also have an excellent white grape juice that I highly recommend trying!

Amazing place. Marc, the owner made a tasting experience very special. He opened so many wines for us, took his time to explain everything so well. This was truly a special experience that is hard to find anywhere else. I highly recommend a visit. The wines a spectacular.

At the wine fair, I tasted the 2007 late-harvest Pinot Gris, a marvel. I bought some and served it with foie gras. My guests and I enjoyed it; the added bonus was that the wine is only 10% alcohol.

I tasted the wines of the Seilly cellar at the Sanone in Paris and found them exceptional! Special mention for the Pinot Gris, which won me over! Thanks to Jean for the tasting and introduction to Alsace wines.
