It's been a long time since I've had such a great overnight stay. Clean and well-equipped room. The meal was simply excellent (homemade cassoulet). Friendly and attentive staff. In short, a VERY GOOD PLACE TO STAY.

The kind of hotel and restaurant we wish we could find much more often on our business trips (overnight stays). The rooms are tastefully and elegantly renovated. 🤩 The restaurant... a must-try. A wide selection, fresh and local produce. 😍 All this with a dynamic, welcoming, and helpful team. 👏 This kind of establishment is becoming rare. Just disappointed... I didn't stay another night! 😂 Thank you 🤘

We were delighted to have discovered this hotel for our overnight stay. We were just passing through, and despite the late hour we called, they provided excellent service, first over the phone, giving us all the necessary information, and then personally attending to us upon arrival at the hotel. The room was clean, at a comfortable temperature, with a very comfortable bed and pillow, a refrigerator, and a Nespresso coffee machine with two capsules. The bathroom was convenient, with a shower that had good water pressure and easy and quick temperature control.

A very pleasant overnight stay. Spacious parking, comfortable and very clean room, perfect meal. We'll definitely be back.

11/03/2026: A big thank you to Enzo who was incredibly efficient with the service, as I was in a hurry. I highly recommend this place; the cassoulet was excellent and the main course was very good.
07/03/2026: A great place to eat in Castelnaudary. The food is good and beautifully presented. The cassoulet was particularly delicious. The restaurant is very spacious, both inside and out. There's also a bar. The service is quite fast.

The staff is truly top-notch, welcoming and professional, which makes all the difference. The atmosphere is wonderful and the setting is simply fantastic—you feel comfortable from beginning to end. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back! 👌
15/03/2026: A first for us at this restaurant. A warm atmosphere, background music, a very pleasant and comfortable setting—everything we love. A smiling, energetic waiter with excellent advice and, above all, very attentive to his customers. The food was high quality; we thoroughly enjoyed it. In short, I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back.
