Passing through for a business trip for one night. From the outside, the hotel doesn't look like much. Once you step inside, everything changes.
Refined cuisine, efficient service. Pleasant, clean, bright, and quiet room.
I'm adding it to my list of recommended places. You can stay here without hesitation.

The hotel is very pleasant, especially its exterior with its indoor pool, the beautifully landscaped garden, and the restaurant terrace, which allows you to enjoy everything. The restaurant is, for me, the highlight of the establishment, and that's why we always stay here when we're traveling in the area. The dishes are excellent, carefully prepared, there's a good selection, and the menu changes regularly. The staff is fantastic 👌.

A superb hotel, a very warm and friendly welcome, everything is done to ensure a pleasant stay, a haven of peace. The pool is a real plus, and the rooms are very clean. Bravo and thank you to the cleaning staff! The restaurant is fantastic, with generous and delicious dishes, and top-notch service. We had a very pleasant weekend with you. I highly recommend it and we will definitely come back.

The best place to stay in the Castelnaudary area! I've been coming here for several years now; the staff is always welcoming and professional, the rooms are all tastefully renovated and well-equipped! I highly recommend the restaurant, which is truly excellent. Fresh, high-quality ingredients are used, and the chef is dedicated and passionate about his work—it shows in every dish!

A very pleasant surprise just outside Castelnaudary. The room was small but very well decorated with modern amenities, especially in the bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. One small complaint about the cappuccino... the machine couldn't make it. The evening meal featured local and original dishes. The chef did a great job.
And there was a private, secure parking lot with charging stations... What more could you ask for?
