A warm welcome, rooms with everything you need, large TV, spacious shower, hairdryer... Excellent meals and a generous breakfast. A great place for a stopover, just a short bike ride from the canal.

I stopped in Castelnaudary and chose this restaurant for dinner; it was a very good idea as I had a wonderful evening. The service was impeccable, the typical regional dishes were very well prepared, and the local wines were excellent to accompany them. I will return and spend a few days at this hotel to enjoy its restaurant.

Hello, dinner was very good, but breakfast wasn't what it used to be; there was a lack of pastries, fruit salad, etc. It's a shame the management has changed.

We didn't stay at the hotel. We came to eat on the recommendation of our host. The meal was fantastic. Excellent! The service was lovely and very attentive. We highly recommend it. We will be back.

A fantastic discovery! We had a wonderful time, thanks to the quality of the food. Everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The service was also top-notch: welcoming, attentive, and professional. You can really feel the attention to detail and the desire to please.

I highly recommend this establishment. Modern facilities and a warm welcome. Plus, an excellent restaurant. The only downside was that the pool was closed in mid-March as it wasn't heated.

A smiling, energetic waiter with excellent advice and, above all, very attentive to his customers. The food was high quality; we thoroughly enjoyed it. In short, I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back.

30/04/2026: A great find. Good, home-style cooking, and the cassoulet is very good and hearty.
26/04/2026: As luck would have it, returning from vacation we stumbled upon this charming restaurant. We received a very warm welcome, and the staff were very pleasant and smiling 😃. The cassoulet was superb, and my butcher's cut was incredibly tender—we thoroughly enjoyed it. Bravo! I almost forgot that everything is homemade 🏠
