All the staff is incredible. Sorry for not mentioning names. Thanks to young Bellboys/Doormen, Front Office staff(especially morning shift staff), Breakfast staff, housekeeping were amazing. I give 9/10. Thanks to leadership for such a great team that is helpful, kind, and easy to communicate. breakfast is good enough. halal meat variety could be added to the menu. 8/10 cleanliness is 8/10. Room 202 is a street facing room with generous space except the toilette. toilette and shower/bathtub are in seperate rooms. toilette room(wardrobe) was between 1-1,5 square meters. very very narrow for such spacious room. Drapes do not black out the light enough for a person who can only sleep in pitch dark. thank you so much, I'd stay there again.

Excellent location; friendly staff (all of them); nice rooms; excellent breakfast; fair price. Everything was fine; I'll choose this hotel for my next trip to Paris. The restaurant was also excellent. Near the famous Opera, a stone's throw from the Louvre. Recommended.

Delightful hotel with extremely helpful reception staff. Great location to visit Paris and off the main thoroughfare tucked away some very nice local restaurants and a market twice a week . I have stayed in many hotels in Paris over the years and this is definitely the nicest.

We stayed at this Hotel out of nostalgia. The first time I came to Paris I stayed here with my family in 1949. The service and welcome on this second visit after 77 years was memorable. The staff were more than welcoming and outstanding. Nothing was too much troble. It was just two nights but wonderful. The location on the Avenue de l"Opera is the best. The Louvre and Twilleries Gardens just down th street. The Place de L'Opera a two minute walk. The Cafe de la Paix, opposite the Palais Garnier, Place Vendome, Marche St Honore, Comedie Francaise etc. all within easy walking distance and a 25 minute bus ride on the 68 bus takes you to Montparnasse for Le Dome, La Coupole and Le Select. Or you cn get off the bus at St Michell for Les Deux Magot and the Brasserie Lipp. C'est le tout Paris.

What a magical experience! A dream stay in a luxurious hotel for my mother's birthday. Clara took care of our reservation from start to finish; everything was perfectly orchestrated for our arrival. We were constantly surprised, and what a thrill it was to discover our room door adorned with a bow! The most beautiful gift was inside: a truly special and stunning display: balloons suspended from a cuddly toy, a note from the manager, and a chocolate cake, as beautiful as it was delicious, a nod to the Opera. The professionalism and kindness were evident in everything from the welcome to the service, not to mention the invaluable advice from the Clefs d'Or. The hotel was impeccably clean. The cocktails were delicious, and the chef's omelet was a real treat. A huge thank you to all the teams who made our dream a reality. I highly recommend it!

The hotel is very centrally located, close to the city's main attractions. We stayed for our anniversary and were greeted spectacularly, escorting us to our room and providing a welcome dessert. They had also decorated the room with balloons and a gift bow on the front door, visible from the outside. A real treat!!!! The room overlooked the Avenue de l'Opera, from which the Opera was visible. The hotel staff was impeccable and helpful throughout our stay. We didn't opt ​​for breakfast at the hotel, but the surrounding area is full of bars and, especially, lovely restaurants frequented by French people, where you can sample traditional specialties.
