It's a Lyonnais bistro: somewhere between a bouchon and a neighborhood restaurant, steeped in the tradition of local specialties! It's been a long time since I've made such a great discovery. Head cheese salad, mâchons (a type of Lyonnais snack), tablier de l'apricot (a type of Lyonnais bread), Georges beer... in short, food you never tire of.

Simple, good, effective, and a real hearty salad – I recommend it.

My client brought me here to eat. Authentic Lyonnais cuisine. We didn't order the traditional dishes, but the food was absolutely delicious. Very generous portions! I had a small salad as a starter—it was already more substantial than most salad bowls you can find in Paris! I highly recommend the pork chop! Very generous, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, well-seasoned; my colleague finished it all. Absolutely perfect, 5 stars!

Good restaurant, simple but excellent cuisine. Quick service. Frog menu on Wednesdays (reservations required). Accessible for people with reduced mobility via a ramp.
