I had a wonderful time at Léon de Bruxelles in Lyon! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food delicious, and the service impeccable. I had dinner at this restaurant yesterday and had a wonderful time. The dishes were truly delicious, beautifully presented, and served piping hot, but what really stood out was the quality of the service. The waitress was absolutely perfect: smiling, attentive without being intrusive, and offering excellent advice on our menu choices. She created a warm and relaxed atmosphere from beginning to end. Thanks to her, we felt truly welcome and taken care of. A big thank you to the team, and a special mention to the waitress who clearly contributed to making this a memorable meal. I will gladly return!

05/04/2026: What can I say about this cuisine and Chef Loïc's creativity? Exceptional, unpretentious yet perfectly cooked, often with the chef's own creative touch. And let's not forget the service: smiles, professionalism—lunch in Lozère is always a great experience! 🤩
23/03/2026: It's a Lyonnais bistro: somewhere between a bouchon and a neighborhood restaurant, steeped in the tradition of local specialties! It's been a long time since I've made such a great discovery. Head cheese salad, mâchons (a type of Lyonnais snack), tablier de l'apricot (a type of Lyonnais bread), Georges beer... in short, food you never tire of.

Brasserie de Parilly

03/07/2026: We wanted to eat at this brasserie. The wait was very reasonable, and the selection was satisfactory. Since the one I had chosen was no longer available, I opted for another salad. When it arrived, I told the waiter, "Well, it's not going to be possible to eat this." The young man, very surprised, looked at me and asked, "You did order this salad, right?" "Yes, but I don't want what's in it!" (A huge fly...). He brought the plate back, but given how quickly it was done, I think he just removed the fly, but didn't change or remake the plate. So, I don't think I'll go back, nor recommend this brasserie... because I have serious doubts about the hygiene. One of my friends' dishes had undercooked ingredients...
29/05/2026: Excellent brasserie! Anne is a true professional, a rare find these days. She and her entire team are always incredibly attentive to their customers. The portions are generous and served very quickly. Highly recommended.
