I had dinner at this restaurant yesterday and had a wonderful time. The dishes were truly delicious, beautifully presented, and served piping hot, but what really stood out was the quality of the service. The waitress was absolutely perfect: smiling, attentive without being intrusive, and offering excellent advice on our menu choices. She created a warm and relaxed atmosphere from beginning to end. Thanks to her, we felt truly welcome and taken care of. A big thank you to the team, and a special mention to the waitress who clearly contributed to making this a memorable meal. I will gladly return!

23/03/2026: It's a Lyonnais bistro: somewhere between a bouchon and a neighborhood restaurant, steeped in the tradition of local specialties! It's been a long time since I've made such a great discovery. Head cheese salad, mâchons (a type of Lyonnais snack), tablier de l'apricot (a type of Lyonnais bread), Georges beer... in short, food you never tire of.
