05/04/2026: What can I say about this cuisine and Chef Loïc's creativity? Exceptional, unpretentious yet perfectly cooked, often with the chef's own creative touch. And let's not forget the service: smiles, professionalism—lunch in Lozère is always a great experience! 🤩
23/03/2026: It's a Lyonnais bistro: somewhere between a bouchon and a neighborhood restaurant, steeped in the tradition of local specialties! It's been a long time since I've made such a great discovery. Head cheese salad, mâchons (a type of Lyonnais snack), tablier de l'apricot (a type of Lyonnais bread), Georges beer... in short, food you never tire of.
