Best sushi restaurant in Carcassonne, without a doubt. The Yakisoba is also very good. Ramen and some Don are also on the menu. Excellent service, calm and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended.

30/06/2026: Excellent and very fun with the little train that goes around with dishes to discover. Since it's very tasty and the portions are small, you end up serving yourself a lot of small plates and... the bill is hefty!
20/05/2026: This place is a gem. We stumbled upon it last year and decided to return last night, Tuesday, May 19th. The welcome is always warm, and the service is impeccable. The salmon croquettes are excellent, as are the cheese yakitori, the white cabbage, the Japanese rice, and the sushi—everything is truly delicious. The chef even popped in to say hello and make sure everything was alright. We appreciated the calm and serene atmosphere. It's a comfortable place, and the food is excellent. The price-quality ratio is good. Don't hesitate to go in. 🥰☺️
